GreenLight Mobility Frederick provides home accessibility products, assessments, installation, service, and related solutions designed to help individuals and families create safer, more comfortable, and accessible homes. Our services may include stairlifts, ramps, grab bars, bathroom modifications, stair rails, adjustable beds, vertical platform lifts, lift chairs, and other accessibility products and modifications. Products, services, pricing, availability, and service areas vary by location.

This policy applies to text messages sent by GreenLight Mobility Frederick only. Each GreenLight Mobility location operates its own text messaging program and maintains its own SMS Text Messaging Policy. If you are working with a different GreenLight Mobility location, please refer to that location’s policy.

SMS / Text Messaging

GreenLight Mobility Frederick offers optional SMS/text messaging to customers and individuals who choose to receive text communications from us.

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from GreenLight Mobility Frederick related to your inquiry, appointment, estimate, project, installation, service, customer support, or other communications associated with the services you request.

After requesting to opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages will be sent through the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent again.
