Scammers seem to always go after seniors. They are always trying to take advantage of the older people’s vulnerabilities. Officials from Missouri have reported that they have several complaints regarding a new scam that aims to target seniors. Here is an excerpt from the article that appeared in Connectmidmissouri giving a few tips on how to handle such scams, “Never send money or give out personal information such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, bank account numbers, dates of birth, or social security numbers to unfamiliar companies or unknown persons.” If you want to read the full article with the full list of tips on how to avoid being scammed click here.
