Accidents cannot be completely avoided, but driving very carefully can minimize the risks of crashing with another car or anything else. This is especially true if you have a senior citizen, person with disabilities, or baby with you. Here are some important things to remember.
  • Ensuring the seat belt is fastened properly is integral whether you are in the driver’s or passenger’s seat. Statistically, a secured seat belt has saved several people from severe injuries and death.
  • Bear in mind that senior citizens, specifically, do not like to be ride cars on very fast speeds. Drive with caution and at an appropriate speed limit. Make sure to abide any road limits set on your route.
  • Do not forget to bring first aid kits and the necessary medical kits that your passenger might need for emergencies.
