Mother Concerned about Disabled Son’s Safety on the School Bus

A mom from East Texas has expressed deep concern about her disabled son’s safety on the Colmesneil ISD bus. Her 15-year-old disabled son is the first wheelchair bound student in the school district. The school bus has no air conditioner and her son is very sensitive to heat.
